Our invitations are built to suit your needs. Each listing features a full suite or perhaps a few components, but any listing can be customized to your specifications. Whether you're having a small, intimate gathering or a large celebration bash, let us know how we can help you with a design to accommodate your party theme.

If you have a project you would like our assistance on, send us an email with the name and description of your project, and we'll be happy to go over the specifics with you. We'll put together a few electronic samples based on your needs, sit down and talk about the options that are available for you, and prepare you a no-obligation quote.

Payment

Your order is payable by bank certified money order / check , PayPal, credit or debit card. See below on how some of these payment options work and how they may affect your order.

Once you purchase, your order total is transferred over to PayPal and you can pay easily, confidentially and securely using your PayPal account or without one.

If you choose to pay by E-check, this is done through PayPal with a verified user account only. If you do not currently have a PayPal account and you would like to use Bank Drafts, you will be asked to sign up for one on the payment screen after your order from us. Printing of your design will occur once payment has cleared, generally 3-5 business days after payment using this method.

If you're ordering a sample and returning the sample with your edits, we will also accept a certified money order or cashier's check as your deposit to be mailed back with your sample.

Once an order is made, we will touch base with you to tie up any loose ends within 24 hours. We appreciate a courteous reply quickly as well to alleviate any delays.

Shipping

FedEx is our carrier of choice. Standard delivery is Ground service. We also offer rush shipping options.

Any shipping detail can be arranged, including local delivery for the Atlanta area (or wherever we may be visiting if local to you.)

Please note, for your protection, if you elect to complete your payment via PayPal, we will only ship to the verified address as listed in your PayPal account. Shipping requests to different addresses will be accommodated, but please contact us to arrange different payment options.

Digital orders will be delivered via email in a high resolution format for immediate use. Details can be arranged for alternative methods.

International shipping is addressed on a case-by-case basis. Please email to discuss international shipping options.

Cancellations, Refunds and Exchanges

We want you completely happy with your designs! We stand 100% behind our products, and we will work with you until our designs have met your vision and expectations. Once your final proof is approved, there are no refunds.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Digital and custom orders accepted. Feel free to customize any item you see here if you would like that design but in different colors or fonts. All other custom requests can be directed through email.
